One to one sessions last one hour. Sessions for couples last 75 minutes. In order to make counselling available to people from a variety of financial means, payment is on a sliding scale, depending on your financial situation. This is done on trust, simply place yourself somewhere on the spectrum that is appropriate to you.

Individual Counselling/Psychotherapy (60 mins) £60-80
Couples therapy (75 mins) £80-100
Zero Balancing (60 mins) £60-80

Initial exploratory sessions last 20 minutes and are on-line or on the phone and are free of charge.

Sometimes people find it beneficial to combine Zero Balancing and Counselling in one 90 minute session, spending half the session on each. The fee for this is £80-110.

For unwaged people or those in financial difficulty I have a limited number of concessionary places. Please enquire about availability.

Cancellation policy
In order to be able to offer your appointment to someone else, sufficient notice is required. Therefore if less than 48 hours notice is given, and there is nobody to take your appointment, a cancellation fee will be payable (see FAQs for details).
